1. General Terms

1.1 Account Information

Users are required to provide accurate information when registering an account: full name, email, phone number, gender, date of birth, place of residence, etc.

Likeflow uses your information to send AI package activation codes, provide technical support, promotions, new tool updates, and recommendations tailored to your usage behavior.

1.2 Security and Privacy

Users are solely responsible for protecting their account password.

Likeflow is committed to safeguarding your information and will not share personal data with third parties, unless required by authorities.

You are not permitted to share content, access codes, or tools provided on the platform with external parties. In case of violation, the account may be suspended and handled in accordance with applicable laws.

1.3 Usage Regulations

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Sharing one account among multiple people.
• Unauthorized sharing or publishing of AI-generated content from Likeflow in any form.
• Insulting, discriminating, or attacking others within the system.
• Impersonating Likeflow in any activity (fanpage, email, website, etc.).
• Buying/selling or transferring accounts, or attempting unauthorized system access.
• Using tools to disrupt the system, exploit vulnerabilities, or distribute malware.

Violations may result in account revocation, permanent suspension, and referral to authorities.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1 Payment Policy

Any overpaid amounts (if any) will be credited to your Likeflow wallet for future purchases.

In case of system errors, you may request a refund of the overpaid amount.

2.2 Refund Policy

Users may request a refund if the following conditions are met:

• Refund requests are submitted within 7 days from the payment date.
• Less than 30% of the credits or tool usage has been consumed.
• The order was paid directly via Likeflow or an authorized reseller.

Refunds do not apply to special packages or community combo deals (if specified at the time of payment).

3 Partner Policy – Affiliate & Resellers

3.1 For Affiliates

• Do not impersonate Likeflow in communications (fanpage, email, YouTube, etc.).
• Do not bid on keywords containing “Likeflow” (Google Ads, domain names, etc.).
• Do not use cookie stuffing or overwrite referral codes.
• Do not inbox, comment, or collect customer data from Likeflow’s official ad channels.
• Affiliates with no transactions for 6 months will be deactivated.
• A minimum of 1 transaction/month is required to maintain commission rights.

3.2 For Resellers

• Only distribute AI package access codes; selling pre-registered accounts is prohibited.
• Pricing rules: must not exceed the official listed price or go below 40% of the base price unless authorized by Likeflow.
• Distribution websites must notify Likeflow and display an official certification badge.

4. Commission & Tax Policy

Commissions from Affiliates and Resellers are calculated monthly. Payments are made on the 15th of each month for accounts that meet the minimum payout threshold.

Likeflow will deduct applicable personal income tax in accordance with the law.

5. Termination & Updates

5.1 Termination

Likeflow reserves the right to terminate accounts and partnerships immediately if a user violates the terms or engages in fraudulent activities.

5.2 Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to comply with legal requirements and new policies. All important updates will be notified to users and partners via email.
